We clean and check the apartment condition after each stay.

Amenities

Amenities are included in our hosting fee.

Maintenance

We contact maintenance company or handyman on behalf of you if anything needs repair.

Insurance

We have AirCover and our own insurance to cover unexpected damages.

Owner stay

If you need your place occasionally, you can book owner stay without extra charge.

Full-package & customised package

Short-term Rental Full package

After deducting rental costs (incl. VAT, platform service fee, cleaning fee), landlords receive 75% of the rental profit.

Cleaning service

Cleaning and linens are included in this service.
We charge per stay based on the size of the property and number of guests. Please inquiry for more accurate price.

*You could book our cleaning service 7 days in advance.

Key service

Rent a electronic door lock from us with a monthly fee 30€ (incl. VAT). With this you could change password after each stay and open the door remotely.

The minimum contract period is 3 months.
Installation and setup is free of charge.
* This service is included in our full-package hosting fee.
